March 9, 2010Reuters - Actress Spencer Locke has been cast in a guest spot on the CW's "Vampire Diaries." She will play Amber Bradley, a girl who enters a beauty pageant along with Elena and Caroline. Locke has appeared in the ABC series "Cougar Town," the film "Resident Evil: Extinction" and the Nick series "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide."
